1. What services do you offer at your makeup beauty salon?
We offer makeup and hair styling services for any occasion. We also offer wash and blowdry services.
2. How can I book an appointment at your salon?
Please visit the BOOK section of our website to select your service and book through our secure online payment system.

4. What are your makeup artists’ qualifications and experience?
All of our makeup artists are senior artists certified by beauty colleges and additional training is provided by senior artist Melanie Viger to all team members.
5. Can I request a specific makeup artist for my appointment?
Yes, please select the desired artist during your booking process.
6. What makeup brands and products do you use?
We use a variation of high end brands, all available at Sephora, Holt Renfrew or designated Pro Makeup Artist stores.
7. Do you offer makeup trials before special occasions?
Yes, please book your trial via the BOOK section of the website, please reach out to us to confirm availability for your wedding date prior to selecting an artist for your trial.
8. What is the price range for your makeup services?
Our base rate is $150 - $200, add ons for upgraded lashes are availabe during the time of your booking.
9. How long does a typical makeup session take? Makeup can take 1-1.5 hours. 
10. Do you provide makeup services for events and photo shoots? Yes, we offer makeup for any occasion. If your booking requires an offsite application or an on hand MUA for touch ups please email us at to inquire.
11. Can you accommodate group bookings for events like weddings?

12. What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
All of our bookings require a deposit, this is non-refundable. If your booking was done online through our "BOOK" section, you are able to reschedule your own booking through your confirmation email up to 48 hrs before your booking. No changes are permitted within 48 hours. If you are unable to make your appointment your deposit will be lost.
13. Do you offer makeup lessons or workshops?
Yes we do, please visit the BOOK section for more information on lessons.
14. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we use all cruelty free products.
15. What COVID-19 safety measures are in place at your salon?
Sanitizing takes place between each booking. All brushes and tools are carefully washed between bookings and cleaned with high grade cleaning supplied directed to us by Public Health.
16. Can you accommodate clients with specific skin concerns or allergies?
Yes, please note this when booking and please mention this to us prior to starting your booking. If there are products that you know you are allergic to please make note of this. We are happy to use an alternative product of your own if you prefer.
17. How far in advance should I book for a special event or wedding makeup?
Weddings book as far as 2 years in advance, please email us as soon as you know your date. Group bookings are done in advance via email and all single booking appointments are available to book 60 days in advance via the "BOOK" section of our website.
18. Do you offer makeup touch-up services for events?
Yea we do, please email us for availability.
19. Can I bring my own makeup products to the salon for my appointment?
Yes, please bring your own if you feel more comfortable, however we do offer a full range pf products and are prepared for any look.
20. What should I do to prepare for my makeup appointment at your salon?
Please arrive with a clean and moisturizes skin free of sunscreen. 



Your MUAVEE Products are shipped from our warehouse (located in Canada) on the next business day after receiving payment.

* On very rare occasions international shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your MUAVEE BEAUTY order. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
